Deploying Windows Rights Management Services
Course Description
A technical, hands on course for administrators, systems engineers and security specialists who will deploy Microsoft Windows Rights Management Services. The technical content of this course will allow students to understand and get hands on experience installing, configuring and managing Rights Management Services on Windows Server 2003. Topics also include interoperability between organizations, integration with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007, defining and deploying policies as well as using some of the utilities included in the Rights Management Services Toolkit 1.0.
Course Goals
Explain the Rights Management Services architecture and infrastructure
Explain Rights Management Services and its relationship to Desktop applications
Install Rights Management Services on Windows Server 2003
Understand Rights Management Services configuration such as trust policies and rights policies
Interoperate with other organizations’ Rights Management Services deployments
Understand the integration of RM-enabled applications such as Microsoft Office 2003/2007.
Understand the management of a Rights Management Services deployment
